Foam Products:

Foam products are all hand made to your specifications and considered a unique piece of artwork. 
Your purchase of a Dino Rentos Studios foam item is an investment for your business.
Foam items may be used as decorations but are not toys.

The customer assumes all risk and responsibility for use of any prop or display once received. Dino Rentos Studios is held harmless for any use or missuse of said products. This includes injury or damage to property. All products are made to workmanship like standards and tested prior to shipment. There is no warranty to the products as we cannot control the use or missuse of products once it leaves the facility.


Foam Prop Return Policy:

Since items are all custom made as per your commission, there are no returns.
We work closely with you durring the building process to ensure your product is what you need.


Cardboard Standups Return Policy:

Since items are all custom made as per your commission, there are no returns.


PARTY SUPPLIES RETURN POLICY

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
  • Product must be in its original packaging, unopened (with no exceptions).
  • Merchandise returned without a return authorization (RMA) number issued by customer service, will not be accepted.
  • Items that will not be credited back are: DISCONTINUED, SEASONAL which includes: Pre-Inflated balloons, New years, Christmas, Halloween, Graduation, merchandise with a date on it or season indicator (i.e. Super bowl XXXV or Kentucky Derby…), and similar items. Catering products including: trays, punch bowls, steam pans, and similar items.
    Wearable items that are not sold in a package which include: leis, hats, vests, tiaras, and similar items.
  • Bulk items purchased in case count must be full cases to be eligible for return. Partial cases will not be returned.
  • Please call customer service 800-704-7089 for an RMA number and approval before sending product back to our facilities.

**There is a 20% restocking fee for returns. Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back to our distribution/sorting facility. And the Shipping is not returned.


Delivery:
 

We ship to meet the agreed upon date. Loss of box, damage or late delivery caused by the shipper is out of our control and we assume no responsibility. We will assist in the claims process to ensure proper reimbursement.

DINO RENTOS STUDIOS SALES AND USE TAX POLICY STATEMENT

DINO RENTOS STUDIOS RECOGNIZES that sales tax is a very important source of funding for most state and local governments. We have prepared this Sales Tax Policy to explain to you when and why we collect sales tax on your purchases.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Your purchase is NOT exempt from tax merely because Dino Rentos Studios has elected not to collect the tax from you at the time of your purchase. Unless you live in Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire. or Oregon, your state most likely requires purchasers to report all purchases that are not taxed and pay tax on those purchases.  The tax may be reported and paid on your individual income tax return or by filing a consumer use tax return. DINO RENTOS STUDIOS COLLECTS SALES TAX in states where we have physical presence (or nexus), including Florida.

DINO RENTOS STUDIOS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX in any states NOT listed above because Dino Rentos Studios is not required to collect sales or use tax in these states.

FOR OUR TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS:
DINO RENTOS STUDIOS DOES NOT COLLECT SALES TAX if we have your exemption certificate on file, or you are shipping your order to a state that does not collect state or local sales or use tax.
